Content of the Call for Tender<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>General objective<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective of the mission is to provide SONAMINES with a powerful and efficient management tool for the mining and quarry sector, except for hydrocarbons, in order to better manage the interests of the State in this field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\uf0d8\tSpecific objectives<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De fa\u00e7on sp\u00e9cifique, il s&#8217;agit de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>r\u00e9aliser le diagnostic&nbsp;strat\u00e9gique et organisationnel de d\u00e9veloppement de la SONAMINES et de son secteur d&#8217;activit\u00e9s en tenant compte des ODD et autres documents strat\u00e9giques nationaux, notamment la SND30 ;<\/li><li>The formulation of a clear vision for SONAMINES\u2019 development;<\/li><li>The formulation of a clear vision for SONAMINES\u2019 development;<\/li><li>The identification of SONAMINES' strategic guidelines and axes<\/li><li>The development of a strategy for mobilising partners and means\/resources in view of its implementation;<\/li><li>\u00e9laborer le plan d\u2019action du plan strat\u00e9gique de d\u00e9veloppement de la SONAMINES ;<\/li><li>The provision of the management bodies with a strategic and operational plan for the carrying out of SONAMINES \u2018activities<\/li><li>proposer le m\u00e9canisme de mise en \u0153uvre et de suivi-\u00e9valuation du plan strat\u00e9gique de d\u00e9veloppement de la SONAMINES ;<\/li><li>The drawing up of SONAMINES\u2019 strategic development action plan<\/li><li>The development of a draft text and organic framework<\/li><li>The drawing up of a staffing plan;<\/li><li>The drafting of a procedure manual.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Acquisition of the Tender File<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bidding Documents shall be available for collection upon publication of this notice at the General Management of SONAMINES in Yaound\u00e9, located at Omnisport, Marc Vivien FOE Street, former SODEPA entrance, Tel: (237) 242 058 396\/696 323 506 \/ 671 288 909, upon presentation of a receipt for payment of a non-refundable sum as processing fee of CFAF 100,000 (One hundred thousand) to the Public Treasury.\nWhen collecting the tender documents, tenderers must register and leave their full address (P.O. Presentation of Bids<\/strong><\/a><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bid documents shall be distributed in three volumes, each placed in an envelop, as follows:\nVolume 1: Administrative documents;\nVolume 2: Technical Offer;\nVolume 3: Financial Offer.\nAll the required documents (Volumes 1, 2, and 3), shall be placed in a large sealed envelope bearing only the inscription of the concerned Call for Tender.\nThe various documents of each offer must be numbered following the order of the bidding documents, separated by inserts of the same color and joined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volume 1&nbsp;: Pi\u00e8ces administratives&nbsp;;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volume 2&nbsp;: Offre Technique&nbsp;;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volume 3&nbsp;: Offre Financi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutes les pi\u00e8ces constitutives des offres (Volumes 1, 2 et 3), seront plac\u00e9es dans un grand pli ext\u00e9rieur scell\u00e9 portant uniquement la mention de l\u2019Appel d\u2019Offres en question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les diff\u00e9rentes pi\u00e8ces de chaque Offre seront num\u00e9rot\u00e9es dans l\u2019ordre du DAO, s\u00e9par\u00e9es par des intercalaires de couleur identique et reli\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9.
